Snapseed on iPad

I’m posting this shot and writing this post while sipping a cold beer in a beautiful square of the incredible Sicilian city of Catania, under a gentle night and with my closest friends. I’m in a great mood, as you may imagine.
I spent the day traveling from Rome to here, first a train, then a plane to Palermo, and then a long and scenic drive to Catania. With me are traveling my wife Claudia, two of my closest friends, Michele which lives in Boston, USA, and Dario which lives in Leiden, The Netherlands, and a third good friend, Claudio (which instead lives in Rome). The plan is to travel around the island as long as we can, enjoying the weather, the scenery, the food, and the wine as much as we can, and spending some super-quality time together.
I used Snapseed again to post produce the photograph, and I must say I really like the easiness of use and the powerful tools of the iPad App. What I can’t figure out, however, is how to modify (or remove) one of the tools I previously applied to the image. This means that if at the end of the post production I don-t like how one of the tools worked I have to work the image all over again, trying to make it better at the second (and usually third, and forth, …) attempt. I’ll look at the issue again in the next days, but if you have any tip please share it here on the blog!

  1. Hi Luca, I’m sure you’ll have a great time in Sicily. I live in Catania so if you need something just ask.
Don’t forget to visit Siracusa and its Greek theatre.

    1. Hi VinX (enzo?), thanks for the tips and for being so helpfull! We’re staying at Case Perrotta for a couple of days, then we should drive down south towards Porto Palo… and then who knows? 🙂

  2. I love this one. The combination of colours, the blues and the greens are perfect, and the snappy contrast look really good. And the composition with the lines leading to that single truck works very well. 🙂
