First of all let me wish you a merry Christmas. Even if we don’t worship the same God (or any God at all), yet Christmas is (should) be devoted to the cult of love and family, something I’m sure we’re all in together.
Here in Italy the tradition is to celebrate Christmas Eve having fish at dinner with the whole family. This means that we, as any other couple in this country, has every year to decide how to fix their respective families without hurting anybody’s feelings.
Our families are both quite large, hence it’s physically impossible to have all of them at dinner together. So, this year we had the traditional dinner with Claudia’s family, which has always been held at Claudia’s grandmother Giulia’s place.
It’s an old house, with old furniture, in an old building. So old that everything is almost antique. That is, as beautiful as unsettling. Especially the corridor. Here, take a look yourself.
