Another postcard from Sardinia, this time a proper sunset-sea-coastline-silhouette postcard. The fact is, this place is so magic I couldn’t resist. I mean, look at the shape of those rocky hills. And at the (lack of) clouds. And at the colors. And at the gentle floating of the boats in the bay. And at the soft falling of the sun behind all this beauty.
Add to the picture that I was enjoying a Ichnusa (Sardinian beer) while listening to the lounge music coming from the chiringuito on the closest beach, and you’ll get an idea of how impossible it was to not reach out for the camera, compose-expose for the sun, and take the shot.
If you hate plain sunset photography (I usually do)… I am really sorry fellows, don’t take it personally, and trust me: it won’t happen again. If you love plain sunset photography… I am sorry fellows, don’t take it personally, but I’m pretty sure it won’t happen again.
So, at the end of the day, I am sorry… that said, I hope that, whatever are your tastes, you’ll find the time to properly enjoy this wonderful sunset with me. If you wish, open a beer and play some nice lounge music, you should get into the right mood 🙂
